storing the added rows of table value in database from a jsp page

hi every body.

i copied a code from net and modified it according to my need.
The code is to add new rows to the existing table.

Problem : i want to store the new rows values in my database and also if i delete any rows then similarly the selected particular rows should be deleted from database.

But i am not able to move ahead because althoug each time clicking on new row i am adding new row to column but here name of input box , or select option name are same.

I hope i am clear to you all.
