Hi......
Mydout is ServletConfig is an interface,so who implements this interface? and How?

Check the source code of whatever servlet container you're using - it will include a class that "implements ServletConfig".

You can also check its class name in the servlet by calling "conf.getClass().getName()" (assuming that "conf" is the ServletConfig object).
