unable to Sorting column in struts-layout

Hello Ranchers,

I am using struts-layout tld for pagination in my jsp.

  <layout:collectionItem property='<%=prop%>'  title='<%=value%>'><html:textarea cols="25" rows="2" property='<%=prop%>' value='<%=lparamform.getProp2()%>' styleClass="NORMAL" /></layout:collectionItem>  

i have 7 columns in my page and only 5 columns marked sortable so when i sort any column all rows get sorted except column where i have used above textarea code.

Please help me to find out why this column is not getting sort by default functioning of struts layout tld.
