For my web application I do want to have a cross verification of showing out an error page when user tries to change or append values to the url explicitly ?

any Idea of how to implement this would be great?

When a user enters / manipulates parameters in a URL manually you want to display an error page ? Is that your question ?

Looks ok to be more descriptive no manual entries in the url.
