Hi,
In 2007, I had cleared SCJP 1.4 certification. Now can I directly appear for Upgrade Exam:SCJP 6 (CX-310-066) without upgrading to SCJP 5.0?
Please reply.

Thank You,
viv

Welcome to JavaRanch.

Sun's page about the SCJP Upgrade exam says:
Prerequisites: Successful completion of previous version of Sun Certified Programmer for Java 2 Platform exam

With "previous version", they mean any previous version, so yes, if you're SCJP 1.4 certified, you can do the upgrade exam.
