Once a JSP page has been processed and sent to the browser, it's just an HTML page like any other. So you can use Ajax in a JSP just like you would any other page.

There is an essentially unlimited amount of Ajax code available on the internet, from the very simple to the very complex.

Are you having a specific issue?

If you're using Spring, make sure you check out DWR in order to utilize Spring with Ajax.

Also, for a basic, 10 min tutuorial on just what Ajax is and how it works, check out w3schools.com.
