I had seen that guide.But i need some gudie to draw shapes like arc,circle.when i search some site i got only to draw cubes and triangle.i want to draw a piechart look like this

Sorry I do not have any experiences with 3D API. However general idea is you either provide all all vertex points to build a mesh, or you upload model from a 3D application such as 3D Studio Max or Blender. Have look at Beginning J2ME : From Novice to Professional chapter 15 for start up

Read linked tutorial to get basic idea behind 3d deployment and then with help of provided examples, help of API and common sense you will be able to solve it.
