Can anyone tell me exact no of S.C.J.P in the world?

Sun does not publish this information, so nobody can really tell you. However, sometime last year, Sun were celebrating the 500.000th SCJP certificate. So my guess is that there are probably between 500.000 and 700.000 SCJP certified programmers around the world.
