4. JPA
5. JSF 6. JCA
7. Security
8. Java SCEA5 guide by Mikhail Zaklin (SCEA 5 Study Guide http://java.boot.by/scea5-guide/)
9. Transaction.

I am having 9 years of experience, and I had tough time during my studies because of my project delivery, but by god grace and with the help javaranchers I was able to finish part 1.

My advice for part 2 and 3 is do it .
About book, if you already know about Java EE technology and OO Analysis and Design, I strongly recommend to read Domain Driven Design.
If you don't know enough about Java EE Technology and OO Analysis and Design, reconsider to take SCEA part 2.
