java is tough then .net so now less people use cause of toughness.
like COBOL,will it become useless in future?so what to do java or .net?

Absolutely.

Neither. It's obviously much better to jump head first into whatever comes next after these legacy languages.

I strongly urge you to look into WhiteSpace. It is one of the languages of the future (and it's name is less offensive than the other language I was going to suggest). Much luck!

If IIS crashes , so will .NET ( ) , java can run on any server , any platform.( )

This also interests me...People say .NET enterprise solutions are much easier to set up than Java EE solutions.So...then what do I, as an aspiring java ee developer get in return for this toughness???Come on people there has got to be something other than platform independance you can offer me....??

I've also heard people claim the opposite. Can you be a bit more specific what you mean by that statement? "set up" is a rather vague term...
