Check some of the online Job Advertisements. Do you just want to learn the latest technologies or the sought-after technologies/frameworks?
I have 2.5 years experience in java, struts and pl/sql. I want to learn (have a good knowledge) in latest technologies/frameworks so that i will get a good offer. Please suggest.

There is an open-source project on our "Jobs Offered" forum now.
