Not sure exactly what your question is. But what does an Application Server have to do with it, under any circumstance or technology? An Application Server has no affect on creating database schemas.

Thanks and help us help you by clarifying your question.

Hi,
I try explain what I need.

I know how create db schema by the help of ejb 3.0 annotation :

Application Server (AS) creates db schema etc. during publishing.

And I would like to do something similar without AS.
I thing it isn't possible with ejb. So I look up a method to do it.

Those annotations have nothing to do with EJB. They are from JPA. Hibernate can also create and modify database just like EJB.
