Protesting some sun injustice

Hi,

I didn't know where else I could put this post. I'm not sure even if it is appropriate to place it on this site. I just don't know where else to go. I just guessed maybe someone here might have some influence at SUN to help me out.

I've been a member of the SUN community since February 2005. All of a sudden I tried to login two months ago and I got an 'Access Denied' saying the my account needed a review. I e-mail the Sun stuff with all the details that were specified on the site (address, full name, work...etc). I got an e-mail saying all is ok and i can login.

When I tried to do it, I got an Access Denied, so I e-mailed them back with the same reference problem and what did i get? Another message saying that I needed to resubmit my info. It was as if the first correspondence never took place!!

Well from then on, the same thing just keps happening, it happened four times (worse than a bad recursive function). Everytime I got the same message. I even got desperate enough to try to create another account, yet no success.


I just want to post this to know how something like this could happen and why is it that I keep receiving the same message over and over again, just like anything I do is of no use??

Injustice is a pretty strong word.
It sounds more like technical difficulty to me.

It could be that they had to ban someone else who shares an IP with you.
Are you trying to access their site from a school, large company, or hosting company that uses DHCP?

I would think that, if they banned you intentionally, they would have said so (and hopefully, why) when you inquired about the problem.

Yes, I used to say it was a technical problem, but four times to enquire about the same problem is a lot. I'm actually using my computer at home, but my guess is it has something to do with the region anyway that required my info to be re-validated. What I don't get is, why do I have to create a new case every time even though I attach the old case in.


Anyway, thanks for replying BEN. I hope nothing happens here either or I'd have no java forum at all
