Cows try to deceive by always using the same poker face.
The only way to tell if is content or sad is by how they chew the grass... (left to right: content, right to left: sad)

It looks more concerned than sad to me. Makes you wonder what's off to the left of the frame.

The death is always on one's left. The cow doesn't know that, of course, but the artist who created the cow does. The cow has that innocent look, reflecting the artist's wish of not knowing. Yet there is sadness there, too, because the cow doesn't have enough power of will to overcome the fear. The best that she could do is to look cute. She'll still end up at the slaughterhouse, but she would take it easier because she carried her mission with certain style.

Cow is not able to understand the concept of inheritance. Thats why she is sad.
She had learnt that a class can inherit from only one superclass, but her calf has inherited from her as well as her darling bull.
So she is confused !!!

Agreed. Looks like iterating over a while loop in her head...

I guess she is feeling inferiority complex due to her very small tail.

I thought it was the bull that worried about the length of its 'tail?' She'd probably be more concerned about augmenting the size of her udders.

Personally, I think she's fine the way she is.

Shes wondering if she looks fat in that outfit.
She must also be thinking why the nitwit who drew her didn't bother to give her any udders.

It isn't "she".

And he has his head cocked like that because he's listening for worms under the grass. Cows (especially male ones) hate to eat grass which has worms in its roots. Ewwww!

Mystery solved. She's under-endowed and the just found out that insurance company turned down her request for udder enhancement surgery.

You people are debating about the emotions of a cow? This actually reminds me of one of my favorite jokes from "Friends".

Sometimes I wish I was a cow with large udders. Do any of you guys have this fantasy too?

Well, sure, if you're going to use sexist language to impose gender-based expectations on them. For shame!

I remembered a joke...

What's that which is in front of a woman and back of a cow?

It's 'W'.
