i am using 1044 as a debug port.
But today it is not working.
here is the part of "startWebLogic.cmd" file
%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=1044 %JAVA_VM% %MEM_ARGS% %JAVA_OPTIONS% -Dweblogic.Name=%SERVER_NAME% -Dweblogic.ProductionModeEnabled=%PRODUCTION_MODE%
but it gives this error when i am going to start the debuging
Failed to connect to remote VM com.sun.jdi.connect.spi.ClosedConnectionException

Try to connect using telnet. If you don't have errors on server side (see logs for that) is possible to have network problems (don't see the machine anymore, DNS problems, firewall problems, etc).
