There was an alert mail from a job portal, that way it should have been linked with google ads. But is it ok to play around with this information and compose query strings of the urls? It's in Google's terms of service that they can. So you (any many other people) agreed to it. Personally, I don't think it is a big deal. I'm the only one who sees the link and I already know that information.
