First of all, I have never seen Roger Federer lose in straight sets. This not only happened, but Roger won so little games during the match that he couldn't even use it to cobble together 1 set. He won a total of 4 games. 6-1. 6-3. 6-0.

I didn't expect Federer to beat Nadal -- cause it was the French Open. You can sense (during the last set) that Nadal was somewhat dialing down his game, but it was one mistake after another with Federer. Seeing lots of Federer's signature drop shots going into the net was just painful to watch.

Even I didn't expect Roger to win cause he was playing Nadal on 'CLAY' but I atleast hoped the match would go to 4 sets ( if not 5 ) but what I saw really dissapointed me , I mean to see Roger loose so badly is just not done... as Henry mentioned Roger won so little games during the match that he couldn't even use it to cobble together 1 set...
has he really lost his touch or is the new generation of players like Nadal and Novak better then Roger..???

I think Nadal is in prime form now.
He massacerred both Djokovic and Fed. Djokovic gave some fight in the 3rd set but it was too late by that time.
Looking forward for Wimbeldon.
The way Nadal is progressing, he might challenge Roger on Grass too!!!
