What do you do with the comments?

I've seen an interesting comment recently:

I also found some Indian folk songs in my previous project.

Obviously never read Joshua Bloch's Effective Java. He recommends describing the contract, thread safety and serialisation but is strangely quiet on the topic of skull and bones ascii art.
