Ulf is German. So his method is an internationally used method. Unless you too are German that is. But then I'd probably use the same method and I'm not German. So there we go, we have an internationally used method to rank companies.

Or you can have one where you rank them with stars like in the army. A level 3 company will have 3 HUGE golden stars badged on the company building, visible for all to see.

But HAL comes before ISO in the alphabet, so all other things being equal (which they are: 9001==9001), HAL is to be preferred.

If i were to consider such a company as a future employer, i'll go to their campus for interview on a Friday, and check out how "COLORFUL"

the environment is, apart from the salary they offer. I may also sample coffee (and may be food) served in the cafeteria. Need some motivation to go to office everyday, right?
