It's pretty obvious that all the numbers are ASCII codes, but (to be honest, sorry if this sounds cruel, I don't mean to be) the English grammar isn't very good. It's no fun figuring out a puzzle when it seems really likely that the answer is going to be impossible to get right without committing some arbitrary errors in grammar.
