It won't be long before the LHC at CERN is up and running. Don't know what that is? Better read up on it then, because it's going to create black holes, which -as we all know- will suck all matter around them in until nothing's left to suck. That means Switzerland and France will be gone soon -that includes Swiss banking and French cheese-, the rest of the earth a bit later. Have I got your attention now? Good. Here's the video that explains it all to the layman to the Hip Hop tunes of some artist that shall remain blameless: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j50ZssEojtM
The "web" then was probably a few Unix workstations at CERN and at some other labs maybe?
The story is in here around the middle of the page, titled "Return of Les Horribles Cernettes".

I am such a fan of the <em>Les Horribles Cernettes</em> that I am making available this low quality video that I took from their website years ago and that I can not find now on their site:
Antiworld video by <em>Les Horribles Cernettes</em>. (Requires Real Player to be installed. Just "say no" to all options)
Anyway, I'll be taking it down afterwards. It was never intended for sale anyway.
But there you can see the talent of these employees of CERN. Remember these employees were not hired to be entertainers even if they can be on the side
It has been my experience (my first job after college [physics] was at the Arecibo Observatory) that mathematically talented people also have a natural ability for music. And that the "<em>admin assistants</em>" that hang around them are also very intelligent and talented.
