Hi All,
I am pretty new to WLS world. And i am trying to migrate a application from 8.1.6 compliant version of Weblogic to 10.2 version. Have some cerificates which was created earlier using weblogic.security.X509 class, bu now in 10.2 this class is missing in the package specified in 10.2 weblogic.jar.

So what exactly is the problem ? You are dynamically creating certificated in WL 8.1 and cannot do so now in WL 10.2 ?
If that is not the problem can you please describe it in more detail ?
