So a cowboy caught his pants on fire and put it out by sitting in a giant cup of coffee?

They caused quite a stir on the Springer show when Ken's mistress came out dressed as an antelope.

The shop looks cool, but that is one seriously messed-up webpage. Check out their meta tags:
name="description" content="Providing fast, reliable on-site computer services and consulting to offices and homes as well as reliable and professional web hosting and design. Service the Dallas /Fort Worth and Denton Areas." NAME="keywords" CONTENT="pc, computer, repair, service, onsite, support, troubleshooting, tech, help, geek, on, call, geeks, upgrades, network, installation, virus, removal, detection, firewalls, security, wireless networks, data recovery, custom computers, training, computer problems"
Formatting ain't so hard. Just keep inserting nbsp's until everything lines up. [ October 11, 2008: Message edited by: marc weber ]

Yeah, that's what I was first using to view it. It looks the same in Firefox and Opera, and even worse in Camino. Argh!

The source code is littered with mso- ... did they make it in Microsoft Word and "save as..." HTML? While I was in my first year of university the student council had done that for their website. However it was done... Wow.

That's my guess. Someone should send them a copy of Head First HTML. [ October 12, 2008: Message edited by: marc weber ]

No, Javaranch is going to sue Javaranch for using the Javaranch logo without the permission of Javaranch clearly infringing upon the rights of Javaranch to be the one and only javaranch with the javaranch logo.

It's like a train wreck that I can't stop looking at. I was digging through the HTML last night, and the more I looked, the worse it got. As Katrina suggested above, it does appear to have been created in MS Word. So now that I'm at work (on a Windows machine ), I checked this in IE 6, and it actually looks okay. It's still ugly, but at least the links work and elements aren't covering each other. Interestingly, their domain is registered to some sort of "investment group." I can't say this instills confidence. According to Wikipedia - Usage share of web browsers, IE's share was at about 72%. So an "IE-only" site can turn away nearly 1/3 of potential customers.
