Hi everybody,

I would like create a working process with several part and several tabs.

I am still undecided between use JSP with Javascript or use Applet. One point very important is that my process can't be slow.

The process have to :
# Display some datas in different table and in different tab
# Modified those datas
# Allow hot keys
# Connect with a distant server
# Read xml files, stored them (dozens of files), Analyse datas and apply differents actions as send a message to the distant server
# Consider differents timers
# save files on the server where is launched the process

If I want use javascript with JSP it's to be able to catch hot keys (ctrl+F1, ctrl+k, etc ...)

Could you give me your point of view about using JSP or Applet please?

Thank you

Since only those with Applet experience can intelligently respond, this has been moved to the Applets forum.
