Hello to all ... I passed SCJP 5.0 70% and i would like to share my experience ...
first of all i gave the exam before 3 months and failed when it was different 72 questions ....
and now i gave the exam with 60 questions and passed ... This gave me the Oppotunity and experience to notice some
things that have changed !!!
The questions ware more Harder (VERY HARD ) than before ! I don't know yesterday i got a message from Sun informing me that the Questions have not changed
I Think they ware MUCH HARDER THAN BEFORE ! might be wrong but as i said i gave the exam before 3 months and saw the difference .
i found the questions mixed on the Exam !
Like question 1 had a different Objective than Question , was about collections !( I REMEMBER THAT Cause I WAS SWEARING AT THE EXAMINATION ROOM) ...
MISLEADING !
WELL I PASSED ! .
I would like to Thank you at this Forum for Helping me for my success and guiding me i Appreciate that a lot.
What helped me ...
1 KATHY SIERRA OF Caurse ..... (Best Book Ever)
2. Whizlabs Exam Simulator ...
i am not advertising anyone but this Simulator was excellent ... I remember doing all the time mock exams from this simulator and reading incorrect answers ...
Lots of those questions went very near to the real exam ...
I remember Some
* useDelimeter("\s");
* length() for Array
* Lots of Methods hidden in Code that ware not STATIC and beeing called from STATIC CODE ...
* DOZENS OF QUESTIONS ON CONSTRUCTORS and TRAPS (LIKE CLASSES USING PRIVATE CONSTRUCTORS AND GETTING SUCLASSED BY OTHERS).
* QUESTIONS THAT MISSLEAD YOU with FINAL VARIABLES THAT WARE NOT INITIALIZED .
* all Assertion Questions i had ware if the ware appropriate .
* Lots of Questions Testing You on modifiers (LOTS)
Most questions on Modifiers ware on Inner Classes trying to access Inner Classes that had no Modifier (~ )... Be carefull.
3 .DEVAKA EXAM LAB(this indeed Helped me learn WELL TOO) I NEVER PASSED THE DEVAKA EXAMULATOR (HAHAHHAHA ) i was allways getting 43 % SCORE .... But that was the purpose of this Simulator .. (TO LEARN) I just tried to read what was wrong ! ..

Thanks Again for your Support !
.......
AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH (I WILL IMPROVE IT );

Time is relative so there is no way i can be late.

I Believe they ware Harder !
I might be wrong ! but i remember from the other time i gave the exam !
The drag and Drop questions ware quite easy ! (Not all of them )
Some say they are the same ,Some say they are harder....
I that gave the exam before 3 months think that the questions ware much Harder !

Do lots of Drag and Drop Questions on the Devaka exam and Whizlabs Simulator
if you pass the Devaka Exam with more than 40 % at all exams then you might pass !
Do over and over again the Devaka exam until you remember well the questions !
That's what i did .And if you want to pay for a simulator pay for Whizlabs
i don't regret the money i gave
If you Don't want to pay ,You still Have the Devaka Exam Software (DONATE ) ! !!!

thanks peter .that clears a lot of doubts that i had before.

i have not decided to buy any exam simulator, but there are free demo versions on internet, and i have downloaded many of them.(as i am a college student, i want to minimize my expenditure even if they are not of greater cost)

Devaka's exams are like a myth ..everybody just worships these exams, so, i will definitely try them out.

ok friend, best of luck for your future exams
