microsoft frontpage like plugin for eclipse

Is there any html editor plugin for eclipse which allows me design html pages like I can design pages using microsoft frontpage ?

The JBoss AS plugin from JBoss Tools provides WYSIWYG HTML editing support (at least, I think it is that specific plugin in the JBoss Tools collection). Of course, it does not work exactly like FrontPage (it doesn't turn your HTML page into a horrible, convoluted mess, for example).
