I'm starting with Scala and Lift framework. There are other frameworks for Scala? What can you tell about Lift, is it ready to use in advanced web applications?

I'm afraid I can't go with self-advertisement stuff. What do you expect from your web application framework? The "advanced" term appears to be pretty blur...
