JSP Alignment

I am reading data from Sql Server data base and displaying in JSP using struts frame work. Here my problem is I want to display a text in some format.
Ex: Notice that the time frames for the ratings change, particularly for the '1' and '3' ratings away from the standard 30 day rating window.

But while displaying results in JSP it is treating as some text and displaying as same format.
How to align some text in whole data?

I am using '<nested:write property="RATE_SETTING_TX_DESCRIPTION"/>' in JSP to display the property.
