Hi.,

I need a a J2ME application developed to access the folders and the files in the local mobiles.
Can any one please help me out..?

I need a application to access the files.., so that i cant fetch details and can work on that!

If those are device specific! kindly tell how to access Nokia mobile folders
Is there any special API for accessing those folders ??

All you need is to use JSR 75 - FileConnection Optional Package.
Class FileSystemRegistry registry will let you list all available roots, and though FileConnection interface you can list files available in the location and do some other things. For quick example you can have look here

Thank you !!
I finished doing that!! I also tried like

FileConnection connection = (FileConnection) Connector.open( "file:///C:/gallery/" , Connector.READ);

use to access the local folders.

Now my problem is that !While trying to open the folders an alerts is coming

"Allow Application to read data In:"

How to block this using the code!! I dont want this alert!!
