Hong Kong based company looking for quality individual to fill this position. Candidate will be required to operate from home for 3 months on a consultant contract base. After which (assuming both sides working out fine) relocation to Hong Kong will be necessary.

Salary range: USD 2000 to USD 3000 per month.

Web Application Developer

Job Responsibilities:
- Report to local development team Project Manager;
- Develop and maintain Java/Web 2.0 web applications;
- Carry out application bug fixes and support tasks;
- Manage interactions with graphic or web designers as needed;
- Conduct application testing and design test cases;
- Program all levels of the user interface, from web frontend to backend interactions;

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related discipline;
- 3-5 years experience with web application development;
- Fluent English speaking and writing skill a must;
- Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, AJAX, Java/JSP and Web 2.0 design;
- Proven knowledge and experience with multiple open source software projects, preferably as a contributor

I'm interested at this position, but my key experience is J2SE&J2EE, only limited wet experience.

"Wet behind the ears" means "Only limited experience". So wet might be the correct spelling

I think the job is bound to have been filled after 7 weeks.
