Hi all,
I am currently in the last phase of my learning process to pass the SCBCD exam but I have a little question.
Working for a services company for almost 2 years now I never saw a project with 7 people taking the clearly defined responsabilities stated by the specifications. I was just wondering if it was the case on some projects, is it offen done like that?? Any experience?
It sounds a little bit overwhelming to me.

One team member usually wears several hats. I haven't seen such decoupling either.
