hi All,
Can anyone suggest me what kind or brand of spectacles one should select when a lot of his time is spent in front of a monitor?
I have glasses since the last 6 years but wear it only when in I am in front of a monitor or need to read something. But this has caused the numbers to increase.
Thanks

Wouldn't this be a question to ask your optometrist?

I would "opt" for some steampunk goggles.

The steampunk goggles seem cool. Don know about the phantom of opera so cannot comment.
the optometrist said any thing would do, maybe because he doesnt have many IT patients.
And yes, what else did I expect in the meaningless drivel forum
