SCEA part II and part III

Please clarify the following:

(i) Where and how to make the payment for part II ( I am in India)
(ii) Can part III be taken immediately after part II assignment submission.

You 'book' and pay for part II in the same way as you booked and paid for part I. Part III is free. Book it as soon as you submit your assignment. You can read more about the overall process here.

I found that part III is not free. And for part II, the voucher has to be purchased from Sun Authorized vendor only.
