Is there a JNDI browser that I can use with IBM Webspher?
I tried using one that was an Eclipse plugin but I could not get it to work.

RSA comes with one built in. I don't know of anything for pure Eclipse.

You could use the Websphere admin console if you knwo what application/ejb the JNDI is under.
