Hi Friends

I am developing a web application, where i am not using any session or cookies , it is like login the user and he use some services this the concept.

now doubt is when i buy my space for webhosting and launch my site.

1. When A user will access my site and the same time B user too can access my site.

a. Will sturts 2 will automatically create session and handle or we have to do it manually like session or cookies or application.?
b. i am using Ibatis so.. now i have kept limit like maximum X number so.. will my application will allow only X number max and
if more X number user try to access will my site hangs or breakdown ?
c. Is there any better way to than this.

My application is simple , user logins and gets some services... and he logs out..

Please help friends.... bit worried..

If you're not using any session in your app, then no session gets created for each user logged in..

b. i am using Ibatis so.. now i have kept limit like maximum X number so.. will my application will allow only X number max and
if more X number user try to access will my site hangs or breakdown ?

No, It will throw the exception, like MaximumUserLimitCrossed or something like that

c. Is there any better way to than this.

Yes handle the exception and show it the user, and explain the problem in user freildly words.

And yes do read this link and don't worry

Its depends what you mean by "handling them separately", In fact, the web server handle each request independently of other request/response, the server has no knowledge about who sends the previous request.. that's why to overcome and to identify each request separately, we use cookies or session (and sometimes both).

Now if you want to track the each user info/activity, use session..
You can Google about Servlet session
