Would be good if you also provided coded version as not every one does use NetBeans or GUI option provided by this IDE. In doing so you will be able to reach greater number of people search the way how to work with SVG in mobile environment.

I have to admit i am biased towards NetBeans. It makes creation of mobile apps easier especially with the visual flow designer. You can also integrate it with your SVG editor or use its SVG composer to create SVG files for your app. You can view the code by clicking on 'source' in the Visual Flow Designer. The WYSIWYG option when it comes to creating SVG files and mobile apps that use such files is far easier and less time consuming.
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link: http://aspose.com
