Bluetooth Sniffing For Windows through any language

Hello there everybody,

I am trying to build a bluetooth packet sniffer under windows.. so far i haven't had any luck. There is a solution that I found though that offered that functionality from Frontline. It seems to use specific hardware though that is provided with the solution they sell. I want to use the built in BT adapter or a BT USB dongle.

I am flexible regarding the language.. java/C#/Script .. whatever API that works I'm ok!
