what are the soft wares i need to have, to learn for SCWCD exam........
i am new to it and have no idea too......
Is it enough to have Net Beans for it...........
How much minimum time will it take for full preparation......

Hi,
If you want to prepare SCWCD exam I think Head First Servler & Jsp book is best I have also read this book 2 times for SCWCD exam.... And If you want to make code with preparation then you need install
JDK 1.5 and above
Tomcat 5 and above
Editor like Myeclipse, eclipse, Netbeans depending with your comfort

i hav net beans IDE and i suppose that it has all the above requirements integrated in it........
is that enough?

i hav netbeans IDE and i suppose that it has all the above requirements integrated in it........
yes, netbeans higher version include all ..... But I think netbeans provide in-build Web sphere not Tomcat... So, if you want to make application on tomcat you have to install it...

I use Netbeans 6.1 and 6.7 and both have tomcat  . I'm not sure if websphere is even available with the bundle download...
