Netbeans - Javascript Green Semantic Highlights of Global Variables across multiple js files

I am using netbeans for developing a javascript app.

Currently I have one file with about 4000 lines covering most of the client side app. I would now like to break my javascript file into a number of logical separate files, however when I do that netbeans no longer highlights my global variables in green.

I looked around on the net and I can't find any solution.

Is there anyway to get netbeans to highlight global variables across multiple javascript files?

Thanks

Marten

when in doubt put it in parenthesis and stick a dollar sign in front of it, only good can come from this.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
