Doubt regarding Spring MVC framework

I am completely new to spring framework. I wanted to know if I could create user interfaces with spring MVC in the same way as that of the .net framework. If so can you point me to any links where I can find this information.

Can any one help me with this.

If you mean DnD, I think no. You could try Spring IDE, but I don't think it offers UI builder.

What features do you want? I suggest you to have a look at JSF.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
