This week's book giveaway is in the OO, Patterns, UML and Refactoring forum. We're giving away four copies of Refactoring for Software Design Smells: Managing Technical Debt and have Girish Suryanarayana, Ganesh Samarthyam & Tushar Sharma on-line! See this thread for details.
I would like to know how reliable is the org.apache.struts.upload package and if it's recommended for production applications (any known bugs?). How good is it if compared with the oreilly classes/package? Some advantage using one or other? Thanx
If you are comfortable with the O'Reily package, you might give that serious consideration. I don't use this feature much myself, but it does generate its share of Bugzilla reports. There aren't any serious problems with the 1.0 versions, but there are some outstanding reports for the 1.1 beta. See the Struts Bugzilla database for details. HTH, Ted.
