How to automatically display attr drop-down when composing JSP tags in Eclipse

Hey everyone,

I have done development with both Eclipse and Jdeveloper

In Jdeveloper, when I start with a tag's name and after a blank space, Jdeveloper will automatically have a content assist drop-down with the available attributes for the tag that I typed in.

I am currently using Eclipse Galieo with J2EE edition, I can't seem to know how to configure my eclipse to do what I describe above with Jdeveloper. I have to manually go to the Edit menu and select content assist to display the available attribute or use (ctrl + space) shortcut which doesn't work for my laptop because it cause my window to switch language input( I need to be able to type English and Chinese in my windows environment and that's what ctrl + space does). I believe there is got to be a way to automatically display attribute in a given tag in Eclipse. Can anyone tell me? much appreciated

Thanks
