compilation problem

Iam getting the following Error. Even i didnot used the FormBean

This is the home.jsp

This is the MyRequestProcessor.java

The Action is Default it forwarding only if success

But i am getting the following exception
What will i do

The action mapping is missing a form bean. When diagnosing Struts errors, particularly Struts 1, it's a good idea to also post the configuration of the action in question.
