Focus to Popup window

Dear All,

1. In my. jsp page when i clicking a button opening a thrid party application in popup window.
2. In poppup window navigates to some other screen and click the button, our application will focus and popup window will not close.
3. When i click another button in my jsp page, same popup window focus should be open.


I done first and second steps, can you please suggest how to acheive third step.
