Struts and Homesite

Hello,
I have been trying to use the Tld to Vtm converter by M. Busche in order to be able to visually edit struts components in Homesite. Though, I get an exception when I try to run the
program. Moreover, the package does not seem to
be complete (there exist one java file and a readme file). If anybody knows more about this and
the steps to install this program, please send a
reply.
