How to manage nested textboxes as input ?

I have a number of rows of user input fields, presented as a html table having many rows using <logic:iterator>  .This is easily done .
But one of the column has 4 input text boxes for each row.
I have some issues here :
1. How to achive rowspan for other columns.
2. How do I write form bean ( I find this toughest !!!)
