Please help! "Wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'PUT-LINE'

Please help! I'm trying to print the records (instructor id, last name and first name) in my array, but keep getting the above error. I am very new to PL/SQL coding. The code compiles without the "for loop". Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

 CURSOR s_instructor IS
 SELECT instructor_id, last_name, first_name
 FROM instructor;

 TYPE fetch_array IS TABLE OF s_instructor%ROWTYPE;
 s_array fetch_array;

    FETCH s_instructor BULK COLLECT INTO s_array;
    EXIT WHEN s_instructor%NOTFOUND;
  END LOOP;
  CLOSE s_instructor;

Are you sure you can pass a ROWTYPE to the PUT_LINE procedure ?
What about the following ?

dbms_output.put_line(s_array(i).instructor_id || ',' || s_array(i).instructor_id.last_name || ',' || s_array(i).instructor_id.first_name);
