AJAX or Flex which one is better for front end in Struts project any Why ?

Hi all,

I am using struts since last two Years with traditional request/response method with front end. Now I want to update myself with some front end technology to use with struts. I am confused which one is best for front end and easy to learn/Implements with struts.

As in one of your other posts regarding this, "best" or "better" is subjective, and depends on many factors, none of which we know--so we can't answer.
