Geting Blank Java Script Alert in client side validation using validator framework

Hi Friend,

I am facing one issue in getting client side alert using java script(Validator Framework). whenever leaving field as blank it is giving popup alert ,But not displaying any message in popup.
The alert is coming but is is always blank and not displaying warning message.
Below is souce code for your reference.

yes,Even i m facing a similar problem...could you help me with this...further wanted to bring to your notice that whenever im try to load the validation.xml file.it is throwing connection timeout error.

How can i resolve this .??
