please any one guide how to make subversion to make to prepare jars by using ant tool?

There's an Ant SVN task (http://ant.apache.org/antlibs/svn/), and also a Java API for SVN (http://www.svnkit.com/). If the existing Ant task isn't sufficiently capable, then it shouldn't be hard to write a custom Ant task for your purposes using the API.

Technically speaking, Subversion is a repository and it can't "make" anything. You have to use Ant to actually make something, but you can define an Ant task to check code out of Subversion and use it to build anything that Ant can build.
